350 Seattle will be hosting Move, Process and Renew: Nourishing Community Climate Action. This 2-hour workshop will present movement and reflection as a self-care toolkit to help individuals release stress and negative emotions related to current actions, environmental degradation, and climate change. This will be a healing space facilitated by Felicia Tripp and Jasmmine Ramgotra, where individuals can come together to move, practice mindfulness, learn techniques for emotional and physical well being, and build community. It's not too late to add self-care to your New Year's resolutions #letspreventburnout as we #moveintomakingchange for 2018.

Call for Volunteers: to host this workshop we will be needing 3 volunteers, please contact Jasmmine at contact.jasecreations@gmail.com if you are interested!

  1. Set-Up Volunteer: help us set up the space, and greet/direct attendees upon arrival
  2. Tech/AV Volunteer: help with AV needs and assistance in "DJ" music role
  3. Clean-Up Volunteer: help break down workshop
